Web Design Department
Venture Web is the Web / IT department of Student Venture located at our world headquarters in Orlando, FL. We are looking for people to join our team who want to help use their skills with technology to reach middle and high school students for Christ and help resource our staff. Our goal is to use technology to creatively and effectively reach students through felt need evangelism and provide unique online growth opportunities to WIN - BUILD - SEND on the Web. We work in close partnership with the Student Venture media team (Venture Media) and other creative groups serving in the various Campus Crusade for Christ ministries.
Help bring creativity to the visual design and structural layout of current and new web sites. Internet software development skills are a plus. You must be able to work independently, be web savvy, well organized, eager to learn, and able to multi-task. Experience with web application programming and design is preferable.
Basic requirements for being on the “Venture Web” team are:
1) List of any previous Web experience (their own site, work for school or for a job, etc.)
2) Basic knowledge of HTML (Helpful to know ASP, PHP, etc, but not required)
3) Some of ONE or more of the following:
a) Programming experience (C#, .NET, SQL, primarily building, adding & integrating back-end database solutions)
b) Design experience (Creating & using templates in Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc., adding graphics, FLASH and text)
c) Server support (Maintaining our current technology platform and recommending IT solutions for adding security, etc. and adding system users)
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from a four year college or university, need to be a U.S. citizen (or have a Permanent Resident’s Visa) and be willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida.

Meant4More.com - Student Venture's newest effort to reach teens on the Web, needs a project manager to oversee the growing e-mails from students who need spiritual direction. Imagine helping students find Christ that we may never see face-to-face until we get to heaven. If you can help administrate and organize people and love to engage in e-mail response, we need you.
