Student Venture – Global Venture Vision
Over half the world’s population is under eighteen and 85% of those who receive Christ do so before 18. Reach young people with the gospel while they are the most responsive! SV Global Venture allows you to help reach the future leaders of the world. Partnering with Campus Crusade’s high school movements internationally we assist national staff to develop and propel movement in their country. Simultaneously we give American high school students the opportunity to step out on faith and develop leadership skills that serve local SV movements. Come help change the world!

Student Venture Global STINT

Locations: East Asia, Germany, and Russia.
Length of time: 12 to 24 months.

Responsibilities:
1. Scout out schools and teachers open to SV.
2. Help form relationships with community leaders, parents, and pastors.
3. Share gospel with students you meet.
4. Work closely with team, willing to follow team leader.
5. Lay groundwork of prayer for ministry.
6. Follow-up contacts from projects with gospel and discipleship.

Travel Coordinator

Site: Orlando, FL; Full-time

Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate with travel agent for international travel. Order tickets. Manage changes. Communicate with Global Venture Director and Project Directors.
2. Set up briefing sites. Negotiate hotel contracts domestic and international.
3. Arrange airport transportation domestically and work with international staff for arrival and departure of teams.
4. Communicate team lodging and transportation to project leadership.
5. Track passports, visas, and waivers as they come in. Keep database current.
6. Arrange for appropriate visas for each project.
7. Set-up site inspection trips.
8. Work with international staff to organize on-site logistics. (housing, food, transportation)

Personnel Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Revise applications yearly.
2. Work with manager on recruiting strategy/plan.
3. Promote projects through mailing applications and brochures to city directors, conferences, and requests.
4. Read and review applications and decide on acceptances to projects.
5. Network with churches and campus ministry.
6. Connect project participants with directors and administrators.
7. Track with project directors to follow-up participants (ministry, heart, and financial preparations)
8. Help women’s coordinator prepare for projects.
9. Assist students in non-staff cities with preparations for their project.

Publications Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Manages updating, printing, and preparing the following:
Recruiting brochure Policy Manual Student Preparation Materials
Directors Training Manual Administrators Manual Applications
Briefing Materials Advance Team Packets
2. Order necessary books, tracts and materials for projects.
3. Collect pictures and video clips for publications.
4. Enlarge and print photos for project talks.
5. Gather stories from projects for future reports and publications.
6. Work with Web and Media team to put information online and on CD.
7. Compile and write newsletters or sample follow-up letters for projects.

Finance and Database Manager

Site: Orlando, FL; Full-time

Responsibilities:
1. Receive mail daily and track project funds incoming.
2. Work alongside SV Administrators and Global Venture Manager to set project budgets.
3. Communicate and track with International staff and Project Directors on budgeting issues.
4. Attend project briefings to collect and balance student project accounts.
5. Train Project Administrators how to track finances while overseas.
6. After project collect unused monies, receipts, and forms to account for all monies spent.
7. Close out project accounts.
8. Arrange advances to be wired overseas.
9. Keep database updated.
