Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistants serve the Human Resource Personnel Coordinator. Duties would include: preparing reports on status of applicants; completing special projects in support of the Human Resource Personnel Coordinator as assigned; thinking proactively and improving upon processes, strategies and materials related to specific application function when needed; entering applicant information into computerized tracking system and maintaining current information; performing a variety of clerical duties such as filing, mailing, copying, compiling materials, etc. Other duties may be assigned.
Assistants perform a combination of ongoing tasks and special projects. To reach the goal of fulfilling the Great Commission in this generation we must have more laborers serving with us. The Human Resources Group is integral in providing necessary direction and resources to this end.
Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to develop and maintain effective working and interpersonal relationships; computer literacy, MS Word literacy.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from a four year college or university, need to be a U.S. citizen (or have a Permanent Resident’s Visa) and be willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida.
