Accounting/Financial Administrator
You will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles that support and supply our field ministry and others with the resources they need to reach and disciple thousands of students each year. Leadership, information, training, coordination of effort and administration are the lifeblood of any multifaceted organization. Without these, it ceases to be a dynamic movement. The Operational Services roles at our National Headquarters and in other locations around the country are critical to the success of Student Venture’s vision to help reach every high school student with the claims of Christ. The work we do is multiplied over and over again through our field staff, projects and conferences. If you want to be strategically used by God to multiply your efforts thousands of times over, then serving in a financial administrator role is where you should be. Rest assured that you would have an incredibly significant, strategic and powerful impact for the cause of Christ.
:: Responsibilities ::
Maintain the financial accounts of Student Venture. The financial integrity of Campus Crusade serves as a witness to a world that looks to us as leaders for Christ. This position ensures that our ministry is above reproach in financial matters.
:: Environment ::
Work with Campus Crusade's team of experts in fields such as Accounting, Treasury Management and Risk/Audit. This team is charged with guarding the financial integrity of our ministry as well as keeping our ministry current with latest developments in these areas and providing knowledgeable, strategic solutions to our field ministries. Work in an environment that encourages spiritual growth as well as professional excellence.
:: Skills ::
Strong and proven organization skills. Ability to maintain accounts on computer, prepare and analyze/interpret monthly financial reports and prepare and monitor annual budget. Approve and pay office financial expenditures and staff reimbursements. Bachelors degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1) Conferences - We have student conferences during Summer and Winter breaks where you’ll be able to help administrate.
2) Foreign missions - Student Venture has numerous international projects all over the world during the Spring and Summer breaks where you can participate in direct ministry while overseeing the operational needs.
3) Direct local field ministry - You are giving the freedom to be as involved in direct student ministry as you desire. Get the best of both worlds (ie. 3 days in the office & 2 days ministering directly with students).
Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from a four year college or university, need to be a U.S. citizen (or have a Permanent Resident’s Visa) and be willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida, or possibly one of our local field ministry locations (found at www.studentventure.com/cities )
