Application Process

Here you'll find the overview of the staff and intern application processes. While much of the work is accomplished by forms, it is anything but impersonal. There are many phone calls that go on behind the scenes, and there are at least several caseworkers who will be intimately familiar with the specifics of your application. We have on our staff some of the finest Christian leaders in ministry and one of the reasons is the care and effort we put into the application process.

Understandably, most of our applicants, graduating college seniors, know little about salary structures and benefit packages. Because Campus Crusade staff raise their financial support, it's probably a little more critical for you to have a basic understanding of some of these issues. Here you'll find what you need to gain a working knowledge of how Crusade's finances work and, as a result, how your finances will work.
