Is God calling you to Go Global? … to
join Him in reaching teenagers around the world? Invest your
Spring Break in eternity! Join us on a Student Venture International
Mission Project!
Applications are due January 30, 2010.
Each Spring mission typically consists of 10-30 high school
and college students. Three or four Student Venture staff
members leading each project along with national leaders
from individual countries.
(We also have Summer Missions.)
Help Aventura (Student Venture in Portugal)
launch a new exchange program called "CONNEXXION," connecting
Portuguese high school students and students from other
countries with each other and the gospel. You will have the opportunity to connect with students in one of Porto’s top high schools and to build friendships
with them. As you share about your life in America, you’ll be able
to talk about your most important relationship - your relationship
with God. Other great experiences await you in various
outreach and follow-up opportunities in this amazing
city on Portugal’s west coast as you encourage the high school ministry
in Western Europe.

Student Venture has been sending mission teams to Hungary for over 20 years! These projects have helped birth a spiritual movement among teenagers in Budapest, the capital city. Hungary is a country that values education, and God has opened doors for us to speak in the public schools through the popularity of the English language. After school, students meet to talk personally about spiritual issues. The center point of the mission is a fun outreach that will bring many Hungarian teens together to hear the gospel. You will stay in a hotel (with breakfast included) located close to where our staff members live in Hungary.

Yes, it’s a bit chilly, but what God is doing in
St. Petersburg will melt your heart. The centerpiece of
this project is an “English Camp.” Your
mission is to help build the foundation for a team of Americans
who launched Student Venture in the fall of 2009 in Russia’s “window
to the west.” You’ll meet students in their school during Russian English classes, lead conversations at the English Camp, and communicate the gospel to individuals and groups. As you become more familiar with the Russian culture and build friendships, you will be able to reach out through a variety of settings using music, sports and talking about similar interests. Your time concludes with a “Das Vadanya” (Good-Bye) party and, on the return trip to the U.S., you have an overnight debriefing in Frankfurt, Germany.

In 1991, history was made when the walls of the “iron
curtain” fell down! In 2009, Student Venture in Russia celebrated
15 years of hosting evangelistic English Camps. Join the
excitement by helping Student Venture in Moscow continue
to find and grow spiritual leaders among high school students!
You will learn about the Russian culture, host an English
Camp for Russian students, speak in classrooms, share the
gospel one-to-one, and participate in follow-up Bible studies.
You will meet Russian teenagers who are looking for opportunities
to practice speaking English with a native speaker. What
will begin as a conversation will turn into so much more!
Come to Moscow for a two-week mission project and leave
with "forever
friendships.”
IMPORTANT NOTE: Online applications are not allowed for this project. If interested in applying for the Moscow, Russia International Project, contact the Global Venture team for more details.
