Mini-Golf
The outdoor mini-golf is a challenging 18-hole course. In the summer, it is lighted during the evening.

Tennis
There are three tennis courts with equipment available for
a $10 deposit at the golf shack.

Horseshoes
Horseshoe pits are located beside the tennis courts; horseshoes
may be acquired at the golf shack with a $5 deposit.

Basketball and Volleyball
During the summer months, enjoy a high altitude game of
basketball or volleyball on the outdoor courts. Bring your
own gear, or check out balls at the Sweet Memorial Building.

Swimming Pool
The indoor swimming pool, 25 yards in length and heated to 83 degrees, is open year-round. Water exercise
classes, lap swims and open swim times are scheduled in the program bulletin. A wading pool is available for children 5 and younger. (There is no hot tub on the grounds.)

WHITE WATER RAFTING :: $50 per student
The Poudre River (How the heck do you say it? "Poo-der" ...) is a fast-moving river with nearly continuous Class II to Class IV rapids and little float water. This river has the distinction of being the only "wild and scenic" designated river in Colorado.
NEVER BEEN RAFTING? Don't worry, our professional guides ensure that both the first-time rafter and the experienced rafters have a great time. Non-swimmers are also welcome.

ROCK CLIMBING :: $65 per student (cost will go down if more than 10 students sign up)
Join the Colorado Mountain School for an awesome time on the
rocks. This half-day outing provides ample opportunities
to increase confidence, improve communications and strengthen
trust in a group setting. Experience the joy of climbing!
Whether you are a first-timer or seasoned climber, the
guides will challenge you out at the crag. You can

Spend an entire afternoon on a ropes course that focuses on team building and overcoming fears.

HORSEBACK RIDING
:: $25 per student
This one-hour trail ride heads west along mildly steep terrain, up Glacier Basin. This ride does some climbing, while looking down on Glacier Creek and a small waterfall, and offers spectacular views of the Front Range, including Long’s Peak, at the top. You'll want to wear jeans or long pants for this ride.

SHOPPING IN ESTES PARK

Each day, a shuttle goes down to Estes Park where you can get out and find some souvenirs. You can sign up and pay at the Getaway. No waiver is needed.
HIKING IN ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK
:: $5 per student
Buses will take you into Rocky Mountain National Park where you have the opportunity to hike around the Colorado Rockies! You can sign up and pay at the Getaway. No waiver is needed.
