Myrtle Beach Getaway :: June 16-21, 2013 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Location: At the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach,
South Carolina, experience the beautiful beach as
well as resort amenities, including an outdoor water park
and a nine-hole putt-putt course.
Music: Tenth Avenue North

Cost: $400 if registered by May 10 // $430 after May 10
Volunteer/CCC Staff Kid Cost: $400
(includes $50 non-refundable registration fee due at time of registration)
Check In/Registration: Sunday, June 16, 3-5 p.m.
Conference Ends: Friday, June 21, Morning
What's Included: Conference cost includes your
$50 non-refundable registration fee, lodging for five nights,
all dinners, two lunches and training materials. Bring money
for other meals, snacks and bookstore.
Directions: The Landmark Resort is located on the beach at 1501 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Call the hotel for free airport shuttle if needed (843-448-9441 or 800-845-0658).
Required Forms: Each participant must submit either a parent/guardian-signed release form if a minor (under age 18), or a self-signed release form if 18 or older. Please download, fully complete and return the age-appropriate form to your Student Venture or group leader:

Rocky Mountain Getaway :: June 15-20, 2013 in Estes Park, Colorado
Location: The Estes Park Center/YMCA of the Rockies is located northwest of Denver and sits at an elevation of 8,010 feet. The Center is just outside the quaint town of Estes Park and is within walking distance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Be sure to bring your hiking boots and camera.

Cost: $390 if registered by May 10 // $420 after May 10

Recreation: Choose from among several optional
recreational activities such as rafting, high ropes, zip line,
horseback riding, hiking and shopping.
(NOTE: The deadline for
signing up for off-site recreation is June 3, 2013. See details

Who Can Attend: All high school students and youth leaders, including graduating seniors and those entering ninth grade.
Transportation: Cost of transportation is NOT included in
the conference price. Contact your Cru/group leader for best
options. (See links below to download info and forms by Cru city.)
Registration: Registration is valid only if all personal contact and insurance information is provided, including proper signatures on required forms. Registration price includes the non-refundable registration fee. Balance due no later than conference check-in.
Sponsors: We request a one adult sponsor per seven students ratio.
Rooming: Cost is based on four or more to a room. There is an extra charge for two people staying in a separate room, if available. We reserve the right to fill a room and to limit the number of late registrations.
What to Bring: Bible, pen, notebook, casual clothes, jacket, modest one-piece swimwear, camera, and money for bookstore, snacks, any meals not included, and for optional activities.
Activities: At various times during the Getaway, students/leaders will leave the property for recreation and outreach.
